I work in natural resources and there is a great deal of energy directed at sustaining and preserving those resources. In my view, there is value in doing so.
But how do we optimize our human resources? We have a wealth of qualities that go unmined: the youthful optimism of young people, the wisdom of those advancing in years, and everyone in between.
Our communities will benefit from integrating these human resources when we who live here feel that we belong and contribute something meaningful to the world we live in.
How do we do that?
